How do I choose the right wetsuit size?
Wetsuit sizing is primarily based on height and weight. We recommend consulting our specific brand size charts and ensuring a 'second skin' fit that allows full range of motion without restricting your breathing.
What is your return policy on endurance gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused gear in original packaging. For hygiene reasons, swimwear and nutrition products cannot be returned once opened.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to over 50 countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery.
Are your bikes shipped fully assembled?
Bikes are shipped 85-95% assembled in a secure box to prevent damage. We recommend having a professional mechanic perform the final safety check and tuning before your first ride.
